A Study of The Relationship Between Emotional Intelligence & Leadership Styles of Managers in Organization Affiliated to Oil Company

The purpose of this paper is to study the relationship between Emotional Intelligence and Transactional leadership styles of managers. The relationship between variables has been measured by two standard questionnaires(Goleman Model & Multifactor Leadership Questionnaires). Tthrough statistical styles of Fridman analyzing variations &integrated Matrix of Spierman distributed among 80 top, middle,& executive rank of managers in organization affiliated to oil company. The results of this study show a positive relationship between the two variable elements of Emotional Intelligence and Transformational leadership and also it doesnʹt indicate any logical relationship between the two variable elements of Emotional Intelligence and transactional leadership
