چكيده لاتين :
The term of meritocracy encompasses different concepts and attitudes and can be negotiated politically, economically, sociologically, legally and so on.Meritocracy is described as one of the most significant government challenges, in public sectors of societies and is under the influence of the fields, hence it appears that a study and investigation reduce or solve many of the government problems and societies. Despite the historical, legal and religious base of meritocracy in Iran, the term has just been applied for a decade in political and administrative literature and mostly the study and current literature is about I.M.P. O investigation in this field. Iranian Management and Planning Organization described meritocracy as a process that includes steps and stages of merit-orientation, merit-detecting, merit-selection, merit-placement, merit-development and merit-maintenance. But according to neo theories, the domain of meritocracy develops and implies political and social issues significantly and many of the discussed opinions and criticisms investigate the fundamental and philosophical problems and its sociological affects. This paper reflects some critical perspectives and approaches about meritocracy
