Representing The Views of Strengths & Improvement Areas & Self-Assessment of Operation Based on Organizational Excellence Model(Case Study)

The aim of this research is to present the views of strengths and improvement areas and self- assessment of operation of Azerbaijan Power Structures Engineering Company based on excellence model of European Foundation of Quality Management. This research is a descriptive- surveying research and the statistical society of this research includes 69 personnel of this company holding degrees of school diploma or above. The sample includes 47 persons selected randomly. The evaluation tools of this research include a standard questionnaire with 50 questions of excellence model of European Foundation of Quality Management. Reliability of the questions of this questionnaire is 79% and the questions have the required reliability. The operation of this company has been self- assessed based on nine criteria of excellence model of European Foundation of Quality Management in the research. The indexes of descriptive statistics were used for describing these data. The point of operation of this company in each criterion was tested using T-test in proportion to its credit in that criterion. The results showed that the point of operation of the company in each criterion of excellence model of European Foundation of Quality Management is not lower than its credit level in that criterion. So none of these research hypotheses was confirmed. Besides, the views of the strengths of the company were also shown through an innovation
