چكيده لاتين :
In this article, organizational empowerment of employees has been investigated through in-service training in the Isfahan Oil Refining Company from the viewpoints of employees, managers and supervisors. The population of the investigation includes formal employees in 2006. The samples have been taken based on the volume based stratification approach. Data has been gathered through a questionnaire and has been analyzed using T, F and Tukey tests. Findings imply that from employeesʹ point of view, the increase in employee empowerment through in-service training is higher than the average. Significant difference has been found in the viewpoints of employees regarding the type of their activity related to the responsibility variable, compared with other variables with no significant difference. One of the important suggestions made based on the findings has been the forming of technical teams, considering the organizational structure of the training department.
