چكيده لاتين :
The purpose of this research is to determine the effectiveness of the process of organizational socialization and to determine the impact of organizational factors on staff socialization in the Islamic Azad University, Branch of Kazeroon. The type of the research is survey and a questionnaire has been developed by the author. As a sample, 100 persons have been randomly taken out of the statistical population. The questionnaire consists of five questions for personal demographic information and 38 questions for desirable organizational culture which have been filled by the respondents based on a seven point scale. The questionnaire has been validated by experts and its reliability has been calculated and found as satisfactory. The findings imply that the effectiveness of the socialization of the desirable organizational culture is higher than the average and the effect of the employment system of the organization on personnel socialization is higher than the expected level. The impact of other factors such as on the job training, advertisement, performance evaluation, behavior and performance of managers and behavior and performance of colleagues are lower than the average.
