NECESSITY OF REGARDING PRINCIPLE APPROACHES IN DESIGN AND ARCHITECTURE OF URBAN SPACES

For especial approach on urban space design and achieving a harmonic and pleasing scape, it is necessary to do some study on different aspects. Regarding structure of the city can be one of the effective parameters in research in this aspect; if the necessity of studying the city, guide us to our goals to reach the city scape that is aimed. Continuing the study, it is necessary to take especial attention to the problem of identity in city space and approach to the principle of urban identity guides us to a noticeable future scape in cities. In renovation and rehabilitation of significant textures, notice to programs of urban rehabilitation is necessary because without care to right principles of urban rehabilitation programs of significant textures will be without identity and livability. Notice to development of inside and outside in urban design impose strong and undefined spaces on city. Criteria and principles of urban spaces that urban programmers and designers define are the results of criteria that should be obeyed in design and development of urban spaces, because design starts with creation of urban spaces and should be responsible to all aspects of urbanization and city structural problems.
