A Water Distribution Network Accident Management Model Using GIS

One of the most sensitive and cost-intensive systems in urban water and wastewater companies is accident systems. Lack of a modern, accurate, and reliable burst management system at the present time results in great damages to consumers and to urban water and wastewater companies. Given the shortage of water and real loses in urban water distribution networks, burst modeling and management forms a necessary research area for water and wastewater companies. Improved efficiency of urban water supply and distribution system is the only possible way which cuts across innovative sciences and technologies.
