Organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) is a kind of behavior that creates benefits like more productivity, total quality and develops the quality of work life. In this paper, researchers try to present definitions, concepts, classification and diggerent dimensions of this kind of behavior and try to discuss the subject in different cultures.
