Quality(1) information system in Electronic Commercial Environment

Quality information system can not be considered as a system apart from the other informational system in organization. In this era and in electronic commercial environment, other informational systems have very important role. Some of the most important systems are: supply chain management (SCM)(2), Enterprise Resources planning (ERP)(3), Customer Relationship Management (CRM)(4) The importance of the subject is that many activities of organization in electronic commercial environment are done by SCM, ERP and CRM. Now the question is: what is the position of QIS among these systems? Benefiting from document examination method and previous researches and modeling the relation of fourfold systems, this paper is seeking the answer.
