Like human being who need physicion, organization also have contacted disease and sometimes face with such a bad structure that hinders them to achieving their goals. They may also Face crises or the danger of annihilation. In this time the organisa - tional Pathologist - Protected by high management - introduces factor of disease and recommends/necessary advices to the organization management. Selecting a model which is concerned to organization condition is so much difficult work that needs lots of pathologist experiences. So many models have been offered about this subject by the management thinkers. This essay has reffered to some of them. Litwin model has 12 factors, In which the nature and the route of the effect of organizational variables is explained. They are as follow: external Enviroment, mission and strategy, leadership, organizational culture, structure, practice of management, systems, the atmosphere of work unit, requirements, individual skills, Motivation, Individual needs, Values, organization and Individual function. This model has paid attention to management and leadership elements and their effect and it also applicable in military organization.
