چكيده لاتين :
This research has been done to explain the model of Human resource development of NAJA. Drawing the model, make feasible the same conceptual understanding for andiences or people. The Tested Model of this research is the conclusion of so many years of experiences, compound of Human resources development models and obtaining the elksʹ opinion. Statiscal Sample with 159 person include peoples that their jobs, educations, position or their researches was directly related to the subject of Human resources development in Naja. The researchers questionnaire is based on the model is a mix of presented models from the thinkers of this field but it has become indigenous in NAJA state. The spss software are used in Descriptive analyses and inferred statiscal analyses.
The independent variables shows that research sauare are desirable, and it can explain "y" or Human resources development in NAJA.
In addition "R" is confirmed this matter.
To develop human resources Development in NAJA the following Items are important.
Evaluating Human resources level (4/55).
Education order (3/87).
The continuation of education and training (2/81).
- Job Rotation (2/49).
Individual idea(l/28).
It is note standing that each Item, itself has subtitles that also have assessed.
