A survey of Plantingas view on Aquinas-Calvin model in religious belief

Plantinga, criticizing the concept of justification in the field of religious epistemology, has replaced it with the concept of warranty. Having mentioned the components of the suggested concept, he gives the main weight to correct function and extends the concept to such an extant that includes religious believes like belief in God. He, therefore, tries to find a model for the replacement. In this way he found Aquinas and Calvinʹs views useful and presented them in a model called A/C, being of four properties. In the model, he argued for a natural tendency in human being to God thereof belief in God is produced in certain conditions and given its trueness, its warranty would be most probably. On this basis, theism would be more agreeable than naturalism. Since had naturalism been true, one could not know the warranty of its .belief of high degree. Plantinga, using the model, has sought to know and criticize the objections against belief in God precisely. The paper, explaining the model analytically, has dealt with its presuppositions and consequences and finally referred to some critiques on the model.
