Hoeffdingʹs Inequality for Negative Dependent Random Variables and Some of itʹs Applications;

In this paper, we extend a version of Hoeffdingʹs inequality for negative dependent random variables, and then we obtain some useful results about complete convergence. In next, we present a moment inequality as well as a confidence interval for mean of population with arbitrary distribution. We have shown that this confidence interval is better than asymptotic confidence interval for /i.We concentrate on relation between Fisher information and hazard rate in weighted family based on Efron (1990) and Iyengar et. al (1999). General conditions that weighted distributions of exponential family have Fisher information greater than exponential family is another subject that is followed in this paper.
