The Status of Wisdom in Juris Principles

Wisdom as the most fundamental problem has undergone various bottlenecks and issues throughout history, with regard to science transformation and its ups and downs. This paper seeks to study the status and application of wisdom considering three purposes of wisdom: 1. Handling the independence aspect of wisdom which appears in wisdom goodness and its disgrace and in dependence rule. 2. Using the non-independence aspect of wisdom as one of the reasoning preliminaries, after which there appears examples in science principles such as the issues of opposition, order, and bidding to good and forbidding evils association, etc. 3. Utilizing the tools aspect of wisdom indicating the point where wisdom is not used as reasoning preliminaries, while its agents are never effective in various wisdom independences and nondependences reasonings and are never documented decres of a religious authority for a small jurisprudential order.
