The Role of Knowledge Management in Educational Institutes

n this article, we focused on explanation of knowledge management at first and then description of its necessity and importance in educational organizations. Although in recent decades, knowledge management is very common and practical topic in business and technology, but its role and application in education is still unknown. In this article we attempted to show advantages of using knowledge management in educational organizations. At last we suggested teachers, faculty members, school administrators and all of the educational staff to be familiar with knowledge management and its applications.
