چكيده لاتين :
This research was conducted to study the relationships between the organizational justice and organizational citizenship behavior of employees in an industrial organization. Organizational justice deals with the ways and methods of conduct with the personnel of organizations to feel that they are treated fairly. This variable is comprised of three components, distributional, procedural and interactional justice. Organizational citizenship behavior or OCB is a behavior by an employee intended to help coworkers or the organization, and in contrast to job performance, OCB is a behavior that goes beyond the formal requirments of a job. The following hypothesis were constructed: (1) The whole organiztional justice is positively related to the organizational citizenship behavior. (2) Distributional justice is postively related to the organizational citizenship behavior (3) Procedural justice is postively related to the organizational citizenship behavior. (4) Interactional justice is positively related to the organizational citizenship vehavior. (5) The three components of organizational justice have significant multiple correlation with the orgnizational citizenship behavior. The sample consisted of 200 employees of an industrial organization, selected via a stratified random sampling method. Simple and multiple correlations were used to analyze the data. The results indicated that the variable of organizational justice and its three components were correlated positively with organizational citizenship behavior and its components; conscientiousness, courtesy, civicvirtue, sportsmanship and loyalty. Result of a multiple regression analysis also showed that the three components of organizational justice have a significant multiple correlation with the organizational citizenship behavior.
