The Gasification Investigation for Fuel oil to Valuable Products Production

In this paper, the gasification of atmospheric residue is investigated in order to produce some valuable products. This study shows that conversion of atmospheric residue to some products e.g., methanol or Di-methyl Ether is economical.. But, the production of power and hydrogen is not economical in such a low capacity. On the other hand, the production of liquid hydrocarbons was not economical when the crude price had not been risen. It is advisable to investigate the feasibility of this process.
