بررسي ميزان فشار رواني و فرسودگي شغلي اعضاي هيات علمي دانشگاه اصفهان و رابطه آن با ويژگيهاي جمعيت شناختي

This study has investigated the rate of occupational stress and burnout of faculty members in Isfahan University and itʹs relationship with their demographic characteristics. In this study Maslash Burnout Inventory and occupational stress questionnaire were used. The questionnaires were delivered to all faculty members of Isfahan University. The questionnaires were completed by 133, faculty members. It has been hypothesized that the occupational stress and burnout of faculty members in Isfahan University were high and these were different in gender, years of work and marriage status. The results showed that the rates of occupational stress of faculty members in Isfahan University were not high and there were no differences between men and women. The occupational stress in faculty of science and foreign languages and physical training was higher than other faculties. The frequency and intensity of burnout in individual works were high and in emotional boring and depersonalization were not high. Women were more bored than men. The rank of intensity in individual permanence at first in was faculty of physical training, then in faculty of education and engineering and at last in faculty of literature. The unmarried and less experienced members had lower burnout.
