چكيده لاتين :
Capital, being convertible to other factors and when added to other inputs, causes an increase in production and revenue. Also capital injection to production process with the use of technology and new methods can lead an increasing efficiency of production inputs. Therefore in this paper, technical efficiency of fisheries producer (54 numbers) is studied by using Function of Statistic Frontier Production in Sistan and Baluchistan province. Also the impact of loan on fisheries sector is considered as well. As results show, the loan has a positive influence on technical efficiency of fish producers and fishermen. Also regarding loan inputs, producers of this group are
working in non-economic production region. Finally considering the results, a number of recommendations have been presented. JEL Classification: H81,D24,C87,CB,Q22,Q1
