An investigation of the relationship between maragersʹ attitude and job stressors at Ferdowsi University of Marhhaj

The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between managersʹ attitude and Job factors at Ferdowsi University of Mashhad. Managers at ferdowsi University of Mashhad Particpated in the study and completed the Job Stress Scale (JSS) and the Managers Orientation Scale (MOS). The results revealed that: 1 .There is an inverse relationship between managersʹ attitudes and their Job stress factors. 2.Th$re is an inverse relationship between operational managersʹ attitudes and their job stress factors. 3.There is no significant relationship between the high and middle managersʹ attitudes and their job stress factors. 4.The high and operational managers experience significantly more job stress than middle managers. 5.There is a meaningful relationship between the high and middle managers Job stress and their attitudes, compared to that of operational managers.
