Political Parties and the Russian Foreign Policy Making in Putinʹs Era

During 1990s the political structure was rather dynamic and theorically and actually the political parties were active in various areas including the foreign policy of Russia. This article reviewing the status of the current important parties in Russia tries to elaborate the impact of traditional Russian government to keep the conventional political culture on the basis of presence of a powerful government on one hand and lack of established institutions including political parties on the other hand as the two significant features of the present poor system in political parties in Russia. The article also tries to prove that the Russian political parties are not able effectively to direct the Russian foreign policy.
