A survey of effective factors which influence the participating of the elementary school teachers of the Borkhar area in short training programs during their service time

This research accomplished on short time education periods in the course of duty in order to study effective factors on participation elementary course teachers in Borkhar of Isfahan. A sample of 186 teachers were includes in this study. The effective factors consisted of 5 components: 1) Convened period quality; 2) Convened period time; 3) Teaching method of period teachers; 4) Privileges of every period; 5) Interchanged professionally experiences and organizational information, questionnaire contains 35 closed - questions and 2 open - ended questions. Results showed that convened periods quality and privileges for every education period have more significant effects than 3 the other factors. In interchanged professionally experience and organizational information factors were significant difference between woman and man views. significant differences between various educational level of teachers were in convened . This difference studied by tukey pursuit test between groups.
