In the early 21 century, the corporations have had challenges caused by the U theoretical evolutions and the stiff competition over the scarce resources. In these circumstances, what will happen to their social responsibilities? Does it seem reasonable, under these competitive conditions - where they lose the opportunities for profit - making which may lead to their complete failure - to talk about social responsibilities? This article, referring to the newest available references, will attempt to study this subject analytically and to provide an occasion for further studies and researches by those who believe in the ethical aspects of the organizations.
