From "Learning" to "Teaching - Learning" Board of Directors

In a rapidly changing and knowledge-based environment, the successful survival of an organization depends on its ability to recognize internal capabilities and learning potentials. It also requires special attention of top level management team to the subject of organizational learning and teaching. Considering members of board as a part of senior organizational learning team, will provide them an opportunity to play an effective teaching role and create a permanent organizational learning in addition to concentrating on their own learning cycle. It can also present a new approach to analyze teaching and learning organizations. This paper first attempts to clarify the characteristics of learning board of directors and the appropriate learning cycle and then scrutinize the teaching process of board of directors by using a variety of teaching models.
