چكيده لاتين :
One way of improving the overall capability of any organization in meeting the ever growing needs of its clientle, is to improve its organizational intelligence. This, in turn, requires an assessment of this construct and then making recommendations for change based 011 the findings. To this end, a questionnaire for measuring organizational intelligence was constructed. This instrument with 95 items measures seven subcomponents: openness to change, knowledge management, commonality of destiny, strategic outlook, information and communication technology, organizational structure, and organizational performance with validity of 0.97. Data collected with this instrument and from a sample of 215 different ranking staff members at the Organization for Educational Research and Planning indicate that the organizational intelligence is below average which requires changes in almost all seven areas.
