Promotion of Social Asset to Prevent Crimes by Employees

Cleanness of the personnel of the law enforcement force and avoiding corruption by them is of high importance due to the role of this organization in maintaining order and security in the society. The personnel of this organization too, are perhaps more exposed to administrative crimes and infringements because of their contacts with criminals and the duty of executing the laws in the society while they may be faced with illegal suggestions. As the research shows the level of police corruption is relatively high in all countries. The present article has conducted a theoretical and library survey about the crimes of the white collars as well as the theories related to the police corruption, and introduced the improvement of the social asset particularly the social -religious asset as one of the ways to prevent the police crimes while recommending the organization to prepare the grounds for cooperation, friendship and further interaction of the personnel and their families, and to try to improve their social-religious asset so that it would be able to prevent the crimes of the personnel through cooperation between them and their colleagues.
