Focusing on the subjects such as World-Trade, Minimizing and also the special importance of Information Technology leads to increase the level of competing. With the increase in the level of competing, the necessity for atomization of the processes of human resources becomes quite eminent. So, the E-Management of human resources is under the focus of managers and researchers of recent era. By using the information system of human resources, it is easier to make more effective decisions. As the major factors of change, The improvement in Internet and communicational technologies had their effect on human resources, and the statistics indicate the tendency to EHRM. This method of management will have a great effect on the function of staff, so the adaptation of information technology and its effect on human resources is significant and thoughtful. Electronic human resource management, is an appropriate support for all of the procedures, functions, data and information which are necessary for human resources managers in a proactive company, It is a useful, trustable, easy to obtain ana available method for all the users in various groups. EHRM will cover all the aspects of management of human resources including job descriptions , improving job career, training, periodical interviews with staff, the employment procedures, salary and wages administration, motivation & disciplinary system and evaluation. The subject of this paper is to survey the effect of information technology in management of human resources. First of all, we will explain about EHRM and after explaining the electronic functions of human resources, we will present a model for stabilization of electronic human resources in organizations.
