Educational, Physical and Organizational Factors Affecting Studentsʹ Happiness

Happiness and liking existing conditions have considerable positive effects, such as improving psychological well-being, improving immunological system, and schoolachievemeat, on human beings. In this study, the researchers have4 tried to study three factors which affect the happiness of Esfahaininan guidance school students, numbingly educational, physical and organizational factors. This study has been conducted using descriptive(survey) methods. A researcher-made questionnaire was used the population of the research was all of boy guidance school principals and educators of Esfahan City. Using multistage cluster sampling method, 88 principals and 86 educators were assigned to participate in the study and respond to the questionnaire. Findings of the research showed that all the three factors had significant effects of the studentsʹ happiness. With respect to the demographic variables the educators have focused on organizational factors, meanwhile those respondents having post diploma, have focused on educational factors.
