Investigating effect of educational program of driving rules and regulations and theoretical skills in driving schools of Tehran-1385

Education is an infrastructure program in ever)ʹ society. It is also one of the three sides of traffic triangle and compilation of driving rules and regulations program according to the needs of society causes to develop culture quality and decreases driving accidents. This article aims at investigating effect of educational program of driving rules and regulations to novice drivers in driving schools, counting existing problems of this program, recognizing effective factors to reduce learning of driving skills, and controlling education quality and presenting suitable to improve and increase theoretical skills. Here, we use public opinion polling to collect data and according to these information, the main causes of deficiency in performing this program has been classified and some solutions to improve education quality has been presented. Also, we have tried to present possibly executing solutions in Iran, in such a way that it covers educational programs in driving schools.
