The Relationship between Job Stress and Self Efficacy with Life Satisfaction in Gas accident workers from Isfahan Gas Company

This research has done to search the inter colorations between job stress and self efficacy with life satisfaction. Three hundred and thirty seven Gas accident workers from Isfahan Gas co-operation participated in this study Structural equation modeling was used to fit model to contrast models of relations Job stress to life Satisfaction and Self efficacy. In this study three questionnaires was used: HSE indicator for work related stress (Martinssuen, 2001), SWLS satisfaction with life Scale (Diner, 1985), GSES_ general self efficacy scale (Sheerer, 1982).The results showed that the best fitting model is one in which negative significant direct effect of job stress with self efficacy and life satisfaction. Also there was a significant direct effect of self efficacy with life satisfaction. Finally, results showed a significant indirect effect between self efficacy with job stress and life satisfaction.
