The relationship between participating management and entrepreneurship in physical education and sport sciences faculty of university of Tehran

The purpose of this research is to investigate the relationship between participating management and entrepreneurship in physical education and sport sciences faculty of university of Tehran. The method of the research is descriptive and correlation type, and measurement tool is Wise board standard questionnaire on the purpose of surveying organizational entrepreneurship and the objectives of the questionnaire was participating management which its superficial justifiability is designed by specialist and the questions perpetuity is through Coenbach alpha(organizational entrepreneurship questionnaire perpetuity is equal to a = 0.946 and participating management questionnaire perpetuity is equal to a = 0.851) was resulted in an initial study. Sampling population consist of 70 people including official and contractual employees holding bachelor and upper university degrees and members of academic staff of physical education and sport sciences faculty of university of Tehran. Data analysis was done in order to see whether data are normal (by Kolmogroph and Smirnoph test) and Pearson correlation coefficient test. Conclusions have demonstrated a meaningful relationship between participating management and aspects of organizational entrepreneurship. Conclusions showed if membersʹ involvement in physical education faculty increased, the organizational entrepreneurship would be likely to increase and also meaningful relationship between entrepreneurship micro scales and participating management was obtained
