چكيده لاتين :
Communication is the source of society culture and evolution as Human can transfer their skills and knowledge to others by it. itʹs lack will have irretrievable effect and a phenomenon is called communication apprehension could have bad effects on interpersonal relationships in both workplace and employeeʹs efficiency. It can disrupt organizational communication flow. This study aims to study the impact of organizational politics on communication apprehension caused by organizational justice. Therefore, it is examined among branches of a governmental bank in Khorasan Razavi province with 256 sample size. The findings support the impact of organizational politics on communication apprehension but organizational justice doesnʹt influence the impact of organizational politics on communication apprehension. With attention to the declared results, management should notice to organization politics and their employeesʹ perception from it because it can lead to increase organization efficiency and productivity.
