چكيده لاتين :
Occurrence of fraud in insurance causes a lot of losses in insurance companies. Recognizing pillars of fraud in insurance and the ways for collation with them, makes a considerable help for prevention from occurring of insurance fraud with surveying pillars of fraud insurance as a crime, we understand that rules which are valid for fraud are valid for fraud in insurance too, and with rules of fraud crime, we can inference rules and regulations which is valid for fraud in insurance. We consider that fraud in several types of insurance,(e.g. Property insurance, Personal insurance,...) is different. The important thing in facing with this crime does not only need penalty decision, but penalty and not penalty decisions are needed for controlling this crime. As a complementary action, we can use not penalty decisions, like increasing insurance premium and not assigning treaty with people who did this kind of crime.
Legal and low meetings for investigation and study of insurance fraud and suggesting the way of controlling this crime to reduce of this crime are vital.
