6. Review of Performance Evaluation Methods in Branches of Insurance Companies

Organizational performance has a crucial effect on the other activities in organizations and the methods & techniques of real performance evaluation is always one of the key issues in organizational and academic researches. Also the key role of insurance industry in development of countries indicates the importance of performance evaluation in branches of insurance companies. So, if you want to take a major step in the way of continuing performance improvement, you have to evaluate the quality and quantity of performance and compare them with each other. Therefore, in this article we review different methods of performance evaluation in insurance companies that researchers do in different country. At the end of this article, we propose a model for performance evaluation in branches of insurance companies.
