5. A Generalized Method for Funding the Defined Benefit Pension Schemes

Funding the benefits which would be accrued to each member of scheme is one of the most important problems in every pension schemes, and there are various methods for providing this benefit. In this paper, to calculate contribution share for each member of scheme, a generalized method introduced based on the modeling of new entrant and active members of scheme. Finally, based on that, an Iranian organizationʹs real data, and contribution rate calculated for differentʹs real data value of rate of interest.
