The present discussion is a compilation of moral teachings by professor Muhammad Taqi Mesbah, addressed to seminary students; it deals with a reassessment of obstacles in the way of repentance .Satanic doubts and temptations are among factors leading to humanʹs hesitation in a true repentance and returning to God .The delusion that Intercession would cause all sins to be forgiven and there is no need to repent is among other obstacles in the way of repentance .Firstly, Intercession would occur when the person has the necessary conditions, and secondly it does not involve the Intermediary World .The sinner would receive the punishment for his sins in the Intermediary World. Moreover, watching obscene movies, commingling with bad friends, attending impure places, and commingling with impure persons would prepare the ground for indulging in moral sins, depriving one from divine favor to worship and repent.
