A Model of Empowerment to Improve Employeesʹ Performance in Auto Parts Industries of Iran

The main purpose of this article is to study the relation between psychological empowerment factors and employeesʹ performance in Iranʹs auto part industry. Using a Delphi technique, determinants of psychological empowerment and employeesʹ performance were identified. Factor analysis and structural equations were then applied to study the relation between the identified factors. Finally a domestic model was provided to help improve employeesʹ Performance.
