Role Of University In Knowledge Management Development

Knowledge Management is aimed to develop renovation, participation and improvement of Knowledge in organizations but In practice this gool confronted many difficulties, such as: knowledge denial and concealment, not shoring in, and disinclination of employees. The problem is that the educative centers have not trained knowledgeable employees in organizations and knowledge culture is not developed. It is essential to establish a knowledge-base culture and train knowledgeable staff Due to the Islamic knowledge-base system of Islamic university, there is efficient capability to support the development of knowledge management through cultural and training methods. The results of the research indicate that: 1.Islamic university recognizes the value of knowledge and admires the scholars and educators, so as a result, the knowledge-base culture is promoted in Islamic university. 2.well educated individuals who are devoted to ethics such as theism, modesty, justice, ...,are educated in Islamic universities. They are cleared of vulnerabilities like mammonism, concealment of knowledge, arrogance and knowledge lacking action. 3. Islamic university creates an appropriate atmosphere for scientific discussions.
