چكيده لاتين :
The purpose of this study was to comparative survey the effect of lower extremity proximal and distal fatigue and muscles fatigue produced of exhaustion exertion on dynamic balance. Fifteen able bodied students without any lower extremity injuries with mean and standard deviation age of 23アl/57 yr, height 172/6ア5/2 cm and weight 74/5ア4/8 kg participated in this study. Star excursion balance test used to examine dynamic balance after warm up for 5- 10 min. Subjects asked to do ankle plantar flexion and dorsi flexion(for applying fatigue in ankle joint) and knee extension and flexion(for applying fatigue in knee joint) on Biodex dynamometer in unlimited sets of five repeats. Maximum plantar flexors and dorsi flexors torque recorded.Assumed if subjectsʹ knee and ankle torques were below %50 maximum torque for three continues trails, that fatigue accured. Bruce Test used for applying exhausted fatigue program. 72 hours were given to eliminate effects of previous fatigue program between programs. SEBT post test done after each fatigue programs. Descriptive statistic, paired t test and t- test for independent groups used for statistical analysis(p<0/05). Significant difference was seen between pre and post reaching distance. The results also showed significant differences between decrease of reaching distance in SEBT after applying different fatigue protocols(lower extremity proximal and distal muscles fatigue and fatigue produced of exhaustion exertion). Due to the results, increasing lower limb muscle endurance, specially at the proximal area, recommended for training program designation for achieve dynamic balance improvements.
