By historical review of background and activities of police in the world, it is clear that formerly police was as a force on the power of sovereignty in order to achieve the political aims. Gradually in developed and then developing countries, the police force changed itʹs approach to community- oriented policing. In the article addition to analyzing theoretical position, ethics and professional behavior and interaction of police with people, It was addressed to the features of police behaviors in the United States and British. Other than ethics obligations, some factors are analyzable: first: compilation ethics regulations. Second: attention to protection of available ethics in police. Third: attention to cultural, social, political, economic context in the police and finally fourth: attention to educating police ethics for protection, development and police professional behavior and good interactions with various strata of the society at the end executive, research and educational prepositions have been presented.
