Purpose: The present study aims at exploring the relationship between organizational climate and job satisfaction of physical education sectors staff in Kurdestan and Kermanshah.
Methods: This investigation is of a descriptive and correlational nature which was conducted as a survey study. The total population included 112 male and female staff (full-time, part-time) literate members with at least one year of experience which formed the final sample of this study. For data collection, Susman and Deepʹs valid and reliable organizational climate (OCQ) (a= .80) and Wysoki and Krommʹs job satisfaction (JDI) (a= .84) questionnaires were used. The SPSS statistical package as well as Spearmans Rank order correlation, was applied for data analysis. Results: The findings of this study show (p<0/01) that: 1) Significant relationship between organizational climate and its subscales with job satisfaction were observed. 2) Significant relationship between job satisfaction subscales and organizational climate were observed. Conclusion: It seems that paying attention to organizational climate and its subscales can affect improving job satisfaction of the staff in an organization. In addition, attending the subscales of job satisfaction can improve the organizational climate.
