چكيده لاتين :
Nowadays due to various demands of customers, international commerce and global markets place orders for new products and services which originate from their producersʹ creativity in international and multinational organizations around the world. Today, organizations to minimize their sizes, designate most of their activities to their teams and try to build successful teamworkʹs to improve their productivity and organizational performance which will help them to meet their goals with minimal costs, be successful in global competition and survive against their competitors. Multinational firms due to various thoughts and creative ideas and also because of their teamsʹ quick performance, are able to gain competitive advantages. In this article at first we describe teams specifications ,the way they are built and the effective management of them. Later, after describing multinational teams and multicultural teams specifications, we will study the role of cultural intelligence as an effective factor in differentiating this type of teams leadership from others.
