Structure of a Digital Library

Building a digital library is always a challengeable subject for managers, librarians and everybody who works on digital library projects. In fact, the main question of most of experts in this field is that how we could start such projects. Altogether, content, software and service, which are mentioned sequentially in this article, are involved in building digital libraries. Furthermore, relations between these items are described. Moreover, there are some cases in each item which along the article are discribed. Finally, some suggestions in order to do our best in cach step are described.
