Effect of human forces of schools in social trust

Mutual social trust is one of the social capitals. The function of trust is that it facilitates the communication and strengthens it. One of the factors affecting on the social trust in society is education. In education, the most important factor in building social trust among the students is human factor. Theorotical framework chosen for this study is belief on commitment and friendship of people in actions, confronting (Gidnez), interactive trust (mutual) and popularized trust (abstract) (Gidnez), structure design (Gidnez) scale of precision, measurement sincerity and trusting (Janson). The elected place for this research is the 2nd zone of Tehranʹs Education Organization, in a high school for girls, in 2007-2008 academic years. The chosen method for this research is surveying research, and the analyzing measure is person. In the aspect of time criterion it is a sectional research, and in the aspect of depth it is placed on width vision group. Also it is a research with theme of massive sociology; it is placed on the group of practical researches. In this research, choosing the sample is based on clustery sampling, and proportionate division, and the volume of sample is equal to 394 persons. The four hypothese of this research are including the diference and survey between the kind of school ,haracteristics of family, characteristics of human power and academic development with the measure of trust in students, in the results of theories examination it is shown that with increasing the first variable, the social trust of students will increase, so all the theories of this research were confirmed and the analytical model of the research is also confirmed by using multiple variable regression.
