In this paper Tabriz citizensʹ satisfaction from this cityʹs municipality performance and factors effecting this satisfaction have been identified and studied. For this purpose, a questionnaire was used for collecting data. A number of 384 family bread winners were selected as statistic samples through random sampling among 400,000 families. Using inferred statistics techniques containing T-test, F-test, Duncan grouping, Pearsonʹs relationship and Variance analysis, the research questions were analyzed. Finally, citizensʹ satisfaction about different sectionsʹ of Tabrizʹs municipality was recognized. The research results present that Tabrizʹs citizens are most satisfied with the performance of fruit markets, garbage recycling and Taxi organization. The less satisfaction is about landscaping department. The Pearsonʹs relationship presents that there is a positive significant relationship between satisfaction of citizens and city hall functions and nine programs of it. Also, 26/75 % of people have more, 17/66% have less and 55/58% have an average satisfaction.
