چكيده لاتين
The Present article is based on a empirical study on employee and client interaction in Bonyade - Shahheed. The basic research approach of this study falls within the realm of social Psychology. A total of 507 Subject were selected through a cluster sampling teachinque. Resea oh is carried out by a survey method through a questionnaire which was conducted on acquired sample. The theoretical model of research was based on an eclectic tiamework. Goodness of fit , was tested by advanced statisticuct validity and reliability, respectively. The results of The stucy indicated that there is a significant correlation between the employee - client interacticns and employees job satisfaction, type of management of organization, employees level of education. Clients SES, and clients marieal status. The Enter - multiple regression analysis aiso has shown that: variables such as jab motivation, jab satisfaction and type of management have shown significant effects upon dependen variables. The total effect coefficient calculated based on multiple regression for there variables is 12 Percent (R2 = 0.32).
