Social Capital and Its Relation to Community Policing

Community Based in police is somehow the return of police to community policing again, in fact it is not only a superficial and physical return but also it is a attitudinal and procedural return which mainly focused on the principle of crime prevention and citizen satisfaction. Social capital has hidden capacities and potentialities within society which manifested in formal and civil institutions and has conceptual relation with community Based. Social capital enables police to use people confidence, people participation and civil institutions to control the society in an effective way and save it from police traps. The principal result is that social capital and community Based are Both mechanisms through which the capacities hidden in the nature of society are employed for integration, social unity and consolidation of control Basis. The method used in this research is qualitative and library and documentary Based and care has Been taken to introduce the theoretical dimensions of social capital, community Based and experimental samples.
