چكيده لاتين :
This research aims to study the range of relation between organizational culture factors & strategic goals(specifically studying: Tehranʹs Cultural-Artistic Municipality Organization); to do so, the researcher has defined concepts such as organizational culture, organizational culture factors & strategic goals and has presented a theoretical framework for this very research through a questionnaire, an interview, studying the organizationʹs documents and understanding the organizationʹs functional goals. Then, the data gathered were analyzed using SPSS statistical software and the hypotheses were studied. The results have shown that there is a meaningful relation between the organizational culture factors & the organizationʹs strategic goals; also, all hypotheses were firmly confirmed.
The samples selected as the population at study were from different groups consisted of executives, supervisors, senior experts and cultural, artistic, religious, social, sport & educational experts of the organization. The results have shown that there is a firm relation between the organizationʹs current culture and its goals which have been established by the initial pioneers of the organization.
