Determining the Factors Affecting Incidence and Spread of Administrative Corruption and its Control Approaches in Physical Education Organization of I.R. Iran from Expertʹs Point of View

The purpose of the present research was determining the factors affecting incidence and spread of administrative corruption and its control approaches in Physical Education Organization of I.R. Iran from expertʹs point of view. This research was a descriptive, survey and field study; it was considered as an applied research based on its aim as well. In order to achieving the research goals, a questionnaire (Khodadad Hosseini and Farhadinejad, 2001) has been used. The validity and reliability (a=0.86) of questionnaire in the target population examined and approved. The sample of this research consists of 165 experts. For data analysis some statistical techniques (like: Binominal, Friedman) were used. Findings shows that economic factors has the most role on emergence and growth of administrative corruption (p<0/05). Among different administration corruption control approaches, improve of staffs salary has the most role (p<0/05). Finally itʹs should be power pointed that paying more attention to the all of the controlling methods that studied in this research is vital for controlling and prevention of administrative corruption and also for building an organization full of administrative health.
