چكيده لاتين :
The aim of this research is the study of relationship between general and professional self-efficacy with personal variables in physical education teachers in West Azerbaijan. This study has been a descriptive survey in kind, the population is physical education teachers in Southern part of West Azerbaijan, and the sample size is the population size, i.e. 154, meaning that sampling has been elected as a targeted sampling. To provide data two questionnaires of general self-efficacy (Schwartz & Jerusalem GSE-10 1995) with coefficient of a=0.85 in Iran and Bandura questionnaires for teachers with coefficient of a=0.91 and questionnaires of personal variables (Researcher-Designed). The data analyzed using main components analysis method, Pearson Correlation, T-test. These results suggest that the efficacy between public education, Physical education teachers with higher efficacy and non-physical education teachers in public higher education, is higher and general efficacy in men more than women. The results indicated that there is a significant relationship between general self-efficacy and qualification educational kinds and levels and sex. But no significant relationship between general self-efficacy and variables such as age, service records, marital status, level of teaching, welfare status, taking or not taking specific instructorship training course, number of children. Also there is no significant relationship between professional self-efficacy and variables such as age, service records, marital status, level of teaching, welfare status, taking or not taking specific instructorship training course, number of children. This gives meaning that Teachers with professional efficacy variable no personal relationship.
